Shipping Policy

We appreciate your decision to shop with us and are eager to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we fulfill orders:

 

Cut-Off Time:  Our commitment is to ship orders as soon as possible. To ensure your order is shipped the next business day, please place your order by 2 PM PST. While we aim to ship orders submitted by the cut-off time on the same day (Monday-Friday), we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Rest assured that orders received before the cut-off time will be shipped no later than the next business day, unless otherwise notified. 

 

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise notified. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

 

Surge of Orders: There may be instances when we experience an unexpected surge of orders, causing a delay in processing. If this occurs, we will do our best to inform you of any delays.

 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. We advise you to track your package to confirm its timely arrival in good condition. If you observe any issues with your order upon receipt (i.e. damaged or missing items), please contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are auto generated using the current Unite States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail shipping rates.

Domestic and International Shipping Options: We currently only ship domestically to the United States at this time.
